With social media platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook increasingly influencing food and nutrition decisions—as noted by over 55% of RDNs in the What’s Trending in Nutrition Survey—USA Rice saw an opportunity to connect with consumers where they’re most engaged.
To ensure credible, science-backed communication about U.S.-grown rice, we established the RDN Influencer Network: a curated group of registered dietitian influencers who create unique, accessible recipes featuring all varieties and member brands of U.S.-grown rice on a yearly basis. Content also spotlights new research findings and key messaging pillars such as sustainability, domestic sourcing, and versatility.
Results
The campaign delivers high-performing social content across key channels, earning trust and engagement through expert voices. The RDNs helped amplify awareness of U.S.-grown rice’s nutritional and culinary benefits, driving consumer interest and reinforcing its value in a healthy, everyday diet. On average, the campaign generates 15MM impressions, 100k unique engagements and 80+ placements yearly.
